Looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager that has extensive Real Estate Industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of Business Development, Project and Change Management. We provide strategic consulting, technology solutions, applications services and managed services. Our professionals have built a reputation for knowing what it takes to help clients achieve their goals. The successful candidate listens, collaborates with the client, has a passion for thinking “outside the box”, has proven sales capabilities/business development, and will deliver on time as the project schedule dictates.
The Sr. Project Manager will possess such qualities as: entrepreneurial mindset, team leadership/managerial skills, self-starter, solution driven, traveling, and manage client expectations.
Responsibilities to include:
• Manage the day-to-day implementation
• Establishes a clear vision for the project, goal, scope and strategic priorities
• Supervise a project team to ensure successful project plan layout
• Provide Business Process Analysis and Workflow write ups for Real Estate Clients
• Ensure our services meet or exceed the client’s expectations and conform to JDR’s high professional standards
• Provide overall project direction
• Develop workplans, set priorities and schedules
• Track actual budget vs. planned, performance (milestones and hours) against workplans
• Attends all meetings with the project team
• Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree with Big 4 Consulting Experience Preferred but will consider individuals with extensive industry knowledge and previous Yardi experience
• Consulting and implementation experience and working on multiple projects
• Knowledge of Real Estate Industry from Property Management (Commercial, Residential, Affordable, Military, etc), Accounting (General and/or Fund), Maintenance and Construction
• Experience and knowledge in Project Management
• Excellent communicator (written and oral), feels at home addressing management and line staff equally
Preferred Skills:
• YARDI (Required), MRI, JD Edwards (and other Real Estate software)
• Implementation Methodology
• SQL Programming, Crystal reports
• Quick Study and able to multi-task
